(“BEST”)’s policy to respect your right to privacy in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations  regarding any personal information we may collect from you across our website, http://www.best-logistics.co.th, and other websites we own and operate.  This privacy policy will tell you about your privacy rights and how we collect and process your personal data through this website, including when you sign up to our news announcements.

Please note that our website is not intended to be used by children under 10 years of age and we do not knowingly collect data relating to them as such.

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which are necessary for the purposes of assisting and achieving our business objectives, which we have categorized as follows:

Log data

When you visit our website, our servers may automatically collect standard log data provided by your web browser. This may include your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other details relating to the said technical data.

Contact and profile data

  • Phone/mobile number;
  • Mobile phone messaging application, such as LINE application;
  • Your investing budget as BEST’s franchisee; and
  • Your preferences.

Additionally, when you communicate with us to provide feedback and/or inquire about our service and/or participate in a promotional event or survey, we may also collect the following information from you:

  • Information regarding your business experience, and/or your interests in our services;
  • Your residential address, gender, age, date of birth and occupation; and

Automated technologies

As described above, we may automatically collect your technical data, including log data, when you visit our website and other websites we own and operate.  We collect this data by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies.  A cookie is a small piece of data that our website stores on your computer, and accesses each time you visit, so we can understand how you use our site. This helps us serve you content based on preferences you have specified.

Direct Communications

When we communicate directly by mobile phone messaging application, email, post, phone when you express your interest to become our franchisee; subscribe to our service, request information from us, enter a competition, promotion or survey or provide us with feedback.

Third Parties

If necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal obligation or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

We will only use your data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with our original purpose.  Please note that we may process your data without your knowledge or consent where this is permitted by law.

  • Internal Third Parties.  These include our employees, contractors and/or related entities; and
  • External Third Parties.  These include third parties collecting and processing data, such as digital service providers, professional advisers, relevant government department or agency and marketing services providers.
  • Other businesses in an event where we choose to sell, transfer or merge our business or assets with them. Additionally, in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, we would include data among the assets transferred to any parties who acquire us.

There are risks if any such third party engages in any act or practice that would contravene the data privacy laws in our jurisdiction and this might mean that you will not be able to seek redress under our jurisdiction’s privacy laws.

Request to access your personal data: You may request details of the personal information that we hold about you. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. Where possible, we will provide this information in easily readable machine format.

Request correction of your personal data: If you believe that your information we have is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact us using the details below. We will take reasonable steps to correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date.
